Position : Digital Communication: SharePoint Developer

PURPOSE
To recruit an employee who will be responsible to manage and implement digital communication; both internally and externally

BACKGROUND
IT Communications business case was approved by EHC Board in March 2014 to develop new communications channels within Nama Group:

  • Group Intranet with virtual library
  • Contact Address Book integration and synchronization with standard email signatures
  • Instant Messaging (IM) and Video Conferencing (VC)
  • Enterprise Social Media (ESN)
Furthermore, usage of social media trend is increasing. Communication to the stake holders through it became essential. One of the major reputation risks is coming through it. In addition, it is a key successful tools which can be utilized to ensure proper positioning of the brand and to improve the stakeholders' awareness.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties

  • Develop and implement site content and administration new Nama Group Website using Sharepoint.
  • Develop and implement plan to increase staff participation in MS365.
  • Coordinate and manage requirements to implement Knowledge Sharing Conference’s workshops using virtual and digital platforms.
  • Review, recommend and implement quality controls to ensure that staff adhere to terms of usage.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement activities through the digital channels.
  • Develop and implement a complete communication plan for Nama Group to ensure visibility of Nama Group on all online channels.
  • Support crisis communication against approved reputational risk impact assessment matrix.
  • Train staff as and when required on digital channels utilization.
  • Develop standalone digital campaigns, and build a social media advocate group of Nama.
  • Provide regular reporting mechanism for all digital communication channels.

Qualification & Experience

3 year experience in project management skills.

Position : Helpdesk Executive

PURPOSE
This service support will be a member of the helpdesk support team.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties

  • Operate the MS System Centre systems and resolve the issues raised by the users remotely over the phone/online options.
  • Build the knowledge base of the solution to reduce resolution time for similar issues
  • Work with the Helpdesk Desk supervisor to create a set of FAQs to enable user to resolve known and repeated issues by themselves before raising a ticket (for ex. A laptop is not powering on. It could be due to dead battery. User to try booting with power before raising a ticket)
  • In case of troubleshooting, be able to take control of the user system remotely through the utilities and resolve the issues.
  • Verify for pending tickets and inform status to users for open tickets for closing the issue.
  • Verify based on age of tickets, prioritize and follow up.
  • Preparation of weekly report.

Qualification & Experience

3 – 5 years Diploma in IT certifications.
Professional/ Tech : MS environment related certifications Specific to MS System Centre
ITIL Foundation,
Good spoken and written communication of English language

Required Skills and Abilities

Excellent in using office applications (word, excel & PowerPoint).
Good in using MS System center

Position : Sr. Oracle developer

Responsibility
Responsible for design & development of complex enterprise healthcare application.

Technical Skills

  • Graduate in computer science with Sound knowledge on design & development Oracle based information system using SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, packages & triggers with minimum 8 years expertise in 2-tier & n-tier client/server technologies.
  • Minimum 6 years experience in developing complex clinical/healthcare applications interfaces is mandate, data conversion, migration and customer oracle development extensions to the Oracle developer applications.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Oracle 11g/10g/9i database application development
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Agile software development process and methodologies like SCRUM, KANBAN.
  • Proven working experience in Linux operating system is required.
  • In depth knowledge of Health information & communications standards like HL7, GDA, ICD, DICOM, ASTM, SNOMED, LOINC etc are mandatory.

Position : IT Support Engineers

This service support will be a member of the helpdesk support team.

  • Supervise the movement of IT equipment based on the helpdesk request
  • Excellent in Installation and troubleshooting of all MS operating system and its applications
  • Excellent knowledge of Desktop, Laptop, iPad/TAB for support, deployments and troubleshooting
  • Good working knowledge Management of local/network printers

  • Should be capable to travel to any OETC locations across Oman to resolve IT problems- Transportation & accommodation fees shall be included in the contract

Position : Server Support Engineer

Reports to: Head – IT Infrastructure Management

Purpose of the Job (Overall Accountability)
Support Servers systems with IBM Websphere WAS & MQ for banking

Principal Accountabilities

  • Installation and Configuration of IBM Websphere WAS 8 & MQ 7 on Windows, RedHat Linux and HPUX Operating Systems
  • Implementing security on IBM Websphere WAS 8 & MQ 7 software
  • Supporting IBM Software for Banking Applications
  • Troubleshooting for connectivity issues, software issues

Mandatory requirements

  • Diploma or above in education
  • Over 5 years of Hands-on experience with deployment and administration & Support of Server systems with banking applications
  • Hands-on experience with Installation, configuration and Administration of IBM Websphere WAS 8 & MQ 7 on Windows, RedHat Linux and HPUX Operating Systems
  • Knowledge on Windows 2008, RedHat Linux 5&6 and HPUX v3 Operating Systems
  • Strong knowledge on LAN/WAN networking technologies, communication topologies and TCP/IP protocols etc.
